Tell me about parking/building access?

There is free parking on the nearby streets and a parking lot located on the back of the building that is available for use if the non-reserved parking space is free. Access to the building will be granted by being buzzed in by our team. The Studio is handicap accessible.

When can I rent the space?

The Studio can be rented Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00AM to 10:00PM with rates starting at $150/hour. A 10% discount will be applied for bookings over 8 hours. Feel free to send requests for extended hours.
